Registration Payments
- The above-mentioned registration fees include participation in the scientific program of the main meeting, printed conference materials, lunch, tea and coffee breaks on the scientific program days.
- Registration and accommodation fees can be sent to the bank account or paid by credit card.
- If meeting participants have made payment via bank transfer, they must send the payment receipt for registration and accommodation to the email address pevoc@bosphorusmice.net
- Prices above include 20% VAT.
- In case of any change on the VAT ratios, amount will be calculated accordingly.

All cancellations will be valid if notified in writing to Bosphorus MICE. The participant must inform the congress organiser immediately about any change or cancellation of registration

- Cancellations received from January 23rd, 2026: no refund will be made.
